Virtual Roundtable
via Zoom (details to be shared after registration)

The global pandemic has dramatically altered the way we do business and interact with each other.  The country has started to return to business – but it is a new normal.  Most of America is still working from home and will continue for some time.  Not all companies have been impacted the same, with essential companies doing well and non-essential companies struggling to make money.  The economy appears to be recovering  but unemployment is at 8% and we have a very uncertain environment in Washington.  All of this makes it hard to plan your business, and harder to determine how to motivate and engage people with pay.

During our session, we will:

  • Understand the current landscape and its impact on rewards
  • Review alternative approaches companies are taking for executive compensation, corporate, and general pay
  • Have time for roundtable discussion to ensure your questions are addressed
